Long Nguyen, PA-C

Long is an NCCPA-certified physician assistant with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University. Originally from Vietnam, he came to the States at four and spent most of his life in Dallas, TX. He obtained his Bachelor’s in Chemistry at the University of Texas in Austin and a Master’s in Chemistry from South Dakota State University.

Before PA school, he taught high school chemistry in Austin and Dallas. He continues to mentor and educate those interested in healthcare while striving to continue learning daily. He emphasizes good patient education, effective communication, compassion, and empathy as his core values for practicing medicine.

Long is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Associates, and Bexar County Physician Assistant Society. He is fluent in both English and Vietnamese. He is currently accepting new patients.
